Eat only when you are really hungry. Weight control is really about eating less. You become hungry when the food has passed all stages of digestion and assimilation. At that moment an organism is ready to process the next portion of meal. Better pass on one meal if you are not hungry. Never eat between main meals.

Never eat in a stressful situation. All negative emotions - weariness, pain, fear, grief, depression - infringe on a normal digestive process. Food, taken in such condition, is not digested properly, causing a digestive tract disorders and consequently turning into excess pounds. If you are in a bad mood for any reason, do not eat, until the situation improves. Jokes and laughter should dominate over the table.

Start every lunch and dinner with fresh cabbage leaf. It provides 2 benefits: cabbage is good and healthy anyway, and fresh cabbage contains tartronic acid, which prevents fat deposits in body. However, if there is any problem with pancreas, it is necessary to ask doctor's advice.

Weekly fasting for 24-36 hours is an easy and productive way to detoxify an organism. This is, probably, one of the most important aspects of weight control.

Drink liquids 10-15 minutes prior to meal or 1-2 hours after meal. Never drink anything during a meal. Liquids dilute gastric juice, breaking its concentration.It has a negative effect on the digestive process.

Chew your food carefully. Chewing strengthens peristalsis. The process of breaking down food starts in the mouth. Badly chewed food is hard to digest properly.

Try to exclude salt and sugar from your diet. Sugar can be easily replaced by honey and salt-by spices.

The opinion of scientists is that the human body is capable of acquiring no more than 1/2 -1 grams of salt per day. The salt, not acquired by an organism, is not deduced but settles inside the body, becoming a source of many health problems.

Put about 1 g of salt on your tongue 30 minutes after any meal. When the salt dissolves, spit saliva out. This simple method speeds up digestion and stimulates the activity of all the enzymes in our body, helping the fullest assimilation of food. Such spices as: cardamom, cinnamon, horse-radish, mustard, cloves, black and red pepper can be used for the same purpose.

Gradually introduce more raw vegetables and fruits in your diet. At any meal eat salads first.

Do not stuff yourself with food. Leave the table with the filling that you could have a couple more bites and, after 5 minutes, you will be nicely full.
