Herbal Remedies for Strong Bones

Everyone needs strong bones. Bones are made of mostly collagen (a protein that is like a soft framework for bones) and calcium phosphate, a mineral that makes bones hard. Collagen and calcium work together to make bones strong and flexible. The bones in your body form your skeleton. Your skeleton is very strong, but also very light.

Fresh vegetables, fruits and herbal juices are a wonderful, rich source of vitamins, minerals and nutrients. If you decide to begin the treatment by means of juicing you should know that it would be better not to consume any meat or meat products during this time. The treatment usually lasts for 2 weeks and juices are taken 30 min before meal, 1-1,5 cups 2-3 times a day. Herbal juices are taken ¼ cup 3-4 times a day. Food should not be very hot or cold.
