Sclerosis:

Put 1 tbsp of dry plantain leaves into 1 cup of boiling water. Let stand for 10 min and drink small portions over a period of 1 hour. Prepare mix: 3 garlic heads, 3 crushed lemons, 1 cup of boiled water and 1/2 cup of honey. Take 1 tbsp 3 times a day.

Mix well 2 parts of lemon juice, 4 parts of honey and 1 part of sunflower oil. Take 1 tbsp of mix every morning before breakfast.

Peel and crush 1 head of garlic. Place it in a glass jar and add 1 cup of unrefined sunflower oil. Keep in fridge overnight. On the next day combine 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice and 1 tsp of garlic oil, mix well and swallow. Take 3 times a day 30 min before meal for 2 months, rest for 1 month and repeat one more time.

Fill 1/3 of 500 g bottle with cut garlic. Fill the rest of the bottle with vodka. Let stand in a dark place for 14 days, shaking from time to time. Dosage: 5 drops in 1 tsp of cold water 3 times a day before meal.

Mix well 1 cup of honey and 1 cup of freshly squeezed onion juice. Take 1 tbsp 3 times a day 1 hour before meal or 2-3 hours after.

Anti-aging:

Scald 2 tbsp of bran and add 1 tsp of honey, nuts, dried apple and dried apricot. Take morning and evening before meal.

Warm up a cup of milk just until first bubbles appear. Add 3 cloves of crushed garlic and 1tsp of honey. Mix well and let stand for 7 min. Drink every day for one week.

Mix together chamomile flowers, St. John’s wort herb, everlasting flowers and birch buds: 100 g of each. In the evening put 1 tbsp of mix in 500 ml of boiling water, let stand for 20 min then filter. Drink half before bed. In the morning warm up the other half and drink 15-20 min before breakfast. Do it until all mix is finished. Repeat every 5 years.

Energy level boost:

Take equal parts of rosehip and mountain ash (Sorbus). Place 2 tbsp of mix in 2 cups of boiling water and boil for 10 min at low heat. Cover with a tight lid and keep in dark cool place for 4 hours. Filter and drink half a cup 2-3 times a day 30 min before meal.

Combine 400 g of peeled and crushed garlic with the freshly squeezed juice of 24 lemons. Place in jar and cover it with a cheese cloth. To take this remedy, place 1 tsp of mix in 1 cup of cool boiled water and drink.

Insomnia:

Place hops in a sack, made from fabric. Keep on a pillow at night.

Put 2 tsp of hops in 1 cup of boiling water. Wrap up and let stand for 4 hours. Filter and drink whole cup before bed.

Boil 50 g of fennel seed in 1/2 L of red wine for 15-20 min at low heat. Wrap up and let stand for 1 hour. Filter and drink 50-60 ml before bed.

Boil 1 tbsp of crushed elder root in 1 cup of water for 15 min at low heat. Let stand for 30 min and filter. Take 1 tbsp a day.

Put 1 tbsp of crushed valerian root in 1 cup of cold boiled water, let stand for 6-8 hours and filter. Dosage: adults-1 tbsp, kids-1 tsp 3 times a day.

Parkinson’s disease: Early morning-drink 1/2 cup of fresh nettle juice, wait for 1 hour then drink 1/2 cup of fresh plantain juice and after 1 more hour-1/2 cup of fresh celery juice. Eat breakfast 1 hour after taking last juice. The process should be repeated every 10-15 days through May to September.

Snoring: Put 1 drop of olive oil in both nostrils before bed.

Vitiligo: Rub spots with castor oil.
