Natural fruit juices are a healthy addition to your nutrition plan.

apple juices

Apple juice contains a high percentage of sugars and organic acids which help in normalizing the metabolism and restoring an organism after physical activities. Apple juice is rich with iron and manganese. An optimal proportion of potassium, sodium and calcium in apple juice help to strengthen the cardiovascular system. A mix of 100 ml of apple juice, 50ml of melon juice, 50ml of tomato juice and 25 ml of lemon juice is useful in the case of obesity. Apples contain vitamins C, B1, B2, P, E, and carotene and are very effective with intestinal infections, kidney diseases, anemia and gout. At atherosclerosis, obesity, gall bladder diseases drink 1/2 a glass of apple juice 15-30 min prior to a meal. In the case of kidney stones, drink from a dried apple peel helps a lot-1 tbsp of powdered peel added to 1 cup of boiling water.


 

apricots

Apricots contain up to 25%-27% of sugars, organic acids like salicylic acid, malic acid and citric acid, and also carotene and vitamins C and B15. They are rich with potassium and iron. Apricots have a healing effect at kidney diseases, at cardiovascular diseases and at obesity. Dried apricots are a good diuretic. Being rich in phosphorus and magnesium, they positively affect blood vessels of the brain and improve memory. Apricots help at anemia, and increasing the percentage of hemoglobin in blood.

black currant

Black currant comes second after dog rose for the amount of vitamin C. It is also rich with vitamins B1, B2, PP and carotene. It contains potassium, iron, organic acids, and pectin, tannins and sugar. Black current has a healing effect on stomach ulcers, atherosclerosis, kidney diseases, metabolism dysfunctions and anemia. It is effective with intestinal diseases and boosts the immune system.

bilberry

Bilberry surpasses all other berries, fruit and vegetables at the amount of manganese. In it vitamins C, B1, B2, carotene, tannins, pectin and sugar, malic, quinic, succinct and lactic acids are also found. gooseberry

Gooseberries improve the metabolism, help at anemia with iron deficiency and are a good laxative and diuretic. Gooseberry contains up to 14 % of sugars, organic acids, pectin and tannins. A presence of copper, iron, phosphorus, vitamins C, P, of group B and carotene in gooseberries raises its value.

grape juice

Grape juice is considered to be one of the best fruit juices. It is good at nervous breakdowns. Grapes contain potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese, vitamins C, P, PP, B1, B6, B12, folic acid and carotene. It is also rich with carbohydrates and organic acids. Due to a presence of glucose grape juice,it has high caloric content. This drink possesses anti-bacterial, diuretic, laxative, sweat-inducing and expectorate properties. It decreases high blood pressure and cholesterol levels in blood. Drink juice 3 times a day 1 hour before meal. Start with 1/2 a glass and slowly increase the amount of juice, so, by the end of a treatment (1-1 1/2 month), it reached 2 glasses in one reception. Those with diarrhea, diabetes, obesity, stomach ulcers and chronic inflammatory processes should not take big amounts of grape juice.

grapefruit juice

Grapefruit possesses valuable dietary and healing properties. It improves digestion, lowers high blood pressure, normalizes work of the liver and restores strength. Juice with pulp is very helpful to those with absence of appetite and infringement of digestion. For insomnia drink 1/2 a glass of juice at bedtime. It is one of the best fruit juices for this problem.

pomegranate juice

Pomegranate juice improves digestion and assimilation of food. It gives a positive effect at pancreas diseases. The juice is very useful at digestive tract problems, after infectious diseases and surgeries as a general strength booster. Pomegranate juice has binding effect. It applies at anemia and purification of blood. Take ½ -1 glass of pomegranate juice 3 times a day 30-40min before meal during 2-4 months.

peach juice

Peach juice is good with heart disorders, anemia and constipation. Take 1/4 of a glass 15-20 min before meal. This juice is not for people with allergies, diabetes and obesity.

pear

Pear contains vitamins C and B1, sugar, fiber, and organic acids. The pear has diuretic and anti-bacterium effect. It is also useful at kidney stones and at urinary infections. It is one of the thicker fruit juices to drink, especially if juiced by hand.

plums

Plum is worthy of our attention for its dietary quality. It contains up to 16% of sugars, pectin, potassium and carotene, organic acids and vitamins C, B1, and PP. Plums, and dried ones especially (prunes), have a laxative and diuretic action. Plums are used at cholecystitis and liver, kidneys and heart diseases.

mountain ash

Mountain ash possesses many medical properties. It is applied at hypertension, atherosclerosis, and renders diuretic and antihemorrhagic action. The acid, extracted from mountain ash, has bactericidal effect. Take 1/4 of glass of juice 2-3 times a day 30 min before meal.

melon

Melon is rich with sugars, vitamins C, PP, carotene, folic acid and also iron and fiber. It helps at constipation, atherosclerosis, hemorrhoids and blood, kidneys and cardiovascular diseases. If you want to taste one of the best fruit juices immaginable, try canteloupe juice. It's fantastic and SO healthy.

strawberry

Strawberry is a well-known food with many healing properties. It is desirable to eat strawberry all year round and as much as possible. It contains sugars, vitamin C and vitamins of group B, folic acid, carotene, fiber, pectin, cobalt, iron, calcium, phosphorus, manganese and organic acids such as citric, malic and salicylic. Strawberry is a successful fighter of eczemas. It normalizes metabolism, helps at heart, vessels and gastro enteric diseases. It also brings positive effect at treatment of stomach ulcers, cholecystitis, gall bladder stones and intestinal infections. The strawberry is useful at kidney diseases, anemia and goiter.

rasperry

Raspberry comprises iron, copper, potassium, pectin, fiber, tannins, organic acids, sugars, vitamins C, B1, B12, PP and folic acid.
