Bath time ExercisesBath time Exercises: Relaxing Health Care Draw yourself a bath and while enjoying the warm water and the soothing mist, do these easy exercises: Sitting in a bathtub, place your head on your right shoulder and then your left shoulder but do not life your shoulders. Repeat 5-7 times on each side. Holding onto the edges of the bathtub, lift one leg up into the air at a time. First lift your right leg, then your left. Repeat 5-7 times with each leg. Holding a sponge between your feet, lift your legs as slowly and as high as possible. Count to 3, lower your legs and relax. This exercise strengthens your stomach muscle and your hips. Repeat 5-10 times. Griping tightly to the edges of the bathtub, press your feet against the bottom then lift up your body, then lower it and relax. Repeat 5-7 times. Lift up your right hand, bring it down behind your back as far as possible and move it in big circles. Repeat exercise with your left hand. Repeat 10 times with each hand. These bath time exercises beautify the shoulders and breasts. Sitting down straight, lift your hands up and bend slightly back, then straighten up. Start with 3-4 times and gradually increase up to 7-8 times. Lift up your chin and put your hands before chest, connecting the tips of your fingers. Keep elbows horizontally at a chest level and then press your palms together as tight as possible. Hold this for 15 seconds and then relax. Repeat 7-8 times. This exercise strengthens the chest muscles. Sitting in a bathtub turn your head to the right and look back over your shoulder. Do the same exercise to the left. Repeat 5-7 times.
